Thank you for your interest in volunteering. The staff and volunteers at the Alliance of AIDS Services-Carolina welcome your interest and look forward to providing you with information about HIV/AIDS, the needs of our community and how you can become more involved. Anyone interested in volunteering with the Alliance is required to complete one of our general training sessions.
For information about provisional volunteer opportunities before the next scheduled training sessions, please contact Heidi Wulczyn at 919.834.2437 x19.
Our general volunteer training sessions are designed to provide information that is crucial to ensuring a positive volunteer experience. You will learn the difference between HIV and AIDS, about HIV prevention and treatment, hear from individuals living with HIV/AIDS, learn about the services the Alliance provides, as well as our policies and expectations of volunteers.
